Terms and Conditions - The customer is totally responsible for backing up all data on his/her computer, prior to any work being undertaken by Plus Computers. This is without exception.
- Plus Computers cannot guarantee the complete resolution of a problem if the customer is unable to provide the necessary passwords, license number, software or related information for the computer concerned.
- Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed by Plus Computers.
No Fix No Fee Our No-Fix-NO-Fee policy means that if we do not possess the necessary or appropriate technical knowledge, or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer. If we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, and only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting us not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for our time spent to that point. If we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair and only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-ROM or product key, then the customer is charged for our time spent to that point. This policy does not apply to work related to computer virus problems or to cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning or power surge. Back to Top |
